Description As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business. You will plan short-term, long-term, and day-to-day operations of your property. Your daily activities may involve conflict resolution, guiding your team to reach new goals, and providing necessary business reports to the corporate office. You will have the full backing of your corporate team just a phone call or email away! This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
