Job Description: The Boston Globe is seeking a creative, collaborative Designer to help shape the visual presentation of our journalism across both print and digital platforms. This role is responsible for designing compelling features and layouts that elevate our storytelling, engage audiences, and reflect the authority and innovation of the Globe’s journalism. This Designer will partner closely with editors, reporters, photographers, and product teams to conceive and execute ambitious visual presentations — from daily news packages to signature enterprise and feature projects. At The Boston Globe, we are committed to independent, trustworthy journalism. Our design team plays a critical role in making that journalism resonate visually, emotionally, and intellectually with our audiences. Responsibilities: Qualifications: The BGMP office is located in downtown Boston, near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines.
