Assistant Professor - Population Health and Health Disparities - ( 2500941 ) Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Title of Position: Assistant/Associate/Professor, Tenure Track (open rank) Overview: The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) School of Public and Population Health (SPPH) is the newest of five schools. SPPH began as the former Preventive Medicine and Population Health (PMPH) Department, established in 1912. As such, SPPH has a rich history of advancing preventive medicine and community health practice, education, and research for over 100 years! SPPH faculty are uniformly invested in leveraging research as a tool actualize our mission, which is to achieve ‘Better Health for All’ .
