Job Summary: Job Description: Role Title : HR Manager Hours of Work : 20 per week, worked flexibly across a minimum of 3 days Location : Hybrid, with at least 1 day per week from our office in Coleshill Reports to : CEO of Aion Due to continued growth and transformation, Aion is looking to appoint a part-time HR Manager to own and deliver day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, while supporting managers with practical, proportionate guidance.
