Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, vision and values of the organization the Mental Health Clinician performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments with adults experiencing psychosis or those who are a risk of developing psychosis. Coordinates care for clients and implements therapeutic interventions. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to determine priority and best of approach to care. Develops, implements and adjusts individualized treatment plan based on client needs, standards, policies and best practices. Provides treatment services including individual counseling, family sessions, groups and psycho-education according to EPI best practices. Initiates and participates in case conferences/meetings with clients and their family, service providers and members of the multidisciplinary team in order to foster communication, ongoing assessment and revision of treatment plans.
