Status: Exempt/Officer Grade: 15: Salary Range: $178,838 - $257,288: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Yorktown Heights, NY - 2151 Strang Blvd Principal Objective: P r i m ar y responsibilities are to manage a team of lenders and support staff ensuring that the team is generating new business, effectively managing the portfolio, and ensuring adherence to credit, compliance and operational policies.
