Policy Operations Specialist (At-Large)

Job Summary: This role serves as the lead of the operational support team for At-Large Policy Support working under the guidance of the Manager of Policy Development Support and At-Large Regional Affairs. You will lead a dedicated team in providing administrative, project management, and procedural guidance to the At-Large community (including the ALAC, RALOs, and individual Internet user representatives). Key responsibilities include ensuring the on-time delivery of operational projects, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations that facilitate effective community collaboration, and advising senior management on communication tools and workflow improvements.
