POSITION SUMMARY: The Area Senior Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the sales function for an Area to effectively execute sales strategies that will maximize sales volume, and drive targeted profitable growth. The Area Senior Sales Manager will report to the Area President, Work closely with the Area Sales leadership team as well as the broader sales team to help deliver annual revenue in the range of $700M to $1.3B. The Area Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for supervising, coaching and help guide the strategic growth of Sales Managers by helping them to set goals to acquire new and grow existing accounts. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Area President in the development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies, and sales and marketing plans that complement the overall operating plan for the Area. Develop the sales forecast and ensure achievement of the sales budget for the Area.
