Job description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on consultant to help shape and deliver the COO Finance (COOF) transformation agenda. Your focus will be on change and portfolio management, product-led ways of working, and improving operating model effectiveness—turning strategic intent into clear priorities, governed execution, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-border initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across COOF and the CFO organisation. You will join COMET Strategy & Transformation, working in a global set-up across Amsterdam and Manila, and collaborating closely with Tribes, Super Circles, and central functions. Work Environment: COO Finance (COOF) executes the CFO/COO strategy and helps evolve ING toward one global digital bank—enabling excellence in Finance through real-time insights, modern technology, strong data use, and effective operations.
