We are currently seeking a qualified Governance Specialist to support large-scale integration and transformation initiatives within a complex program environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance structures, supporting executive decision-making, managing integration reporting, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional workstreams. Location: Ottawa, Ontario: Job Type: Contract- 12 months: Working Arrangement : Onsite 3 days/week 2/remote Responsibilities: - Support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, standards, processes, and procedures across integration initiatives. - Assist in defining governance forums, escalation pathways, accountability structures, and decision-making processes. - Ensure integration activities comply with established governance standards, policies, and controls. - Collaborate with Steering Committees and program leadershi...
