THE POSITION: Ensures all customer orders are fulfilled through drop shipping channels with suppliers. Verifies and keeps records on all outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties. REQUIREMENTS: - Position :Dropship Coordinator - Location: San Antonio, Texas - Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p - Analyze and monitor daily drop shipping order reports. - Troubleshoot and address any drop shipping problems, concerns, errors or delays. - Communicate and build relationships with both vendors and customers to ensure supplies are received in a timely manner via drop shipping. - Evaluate current drop shipping processes and suggest improvements for a positive customer experience. - Com...
