Position Function: Teach students in studio and core specialization courses in the Department of Building Construction Science. The BCS program is unique in its studio-based learning model in which students collaboratively work with their instructors, peers, and other relevant programs to enhance their content knowledge, technical competency, and leadership skills. Salary Grade : UC: For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Department Profile: The Department of Building Construction Science (BCS) in the College of Architecture, Art, and Design invites applications for 2 nine-month, full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level starting in August of 2026. Located in a college that includes the disciplines of architecture, art, and interior design, the BCS Department utilizes a core curriculum of different six-credit, project-based studios that integrate multiple construction content areas coordinated to advance integrated design/construction education.
