Job DetailsJob Location: LaQuinta - Brooklyn, NY 11233Reporting Relationships: Shift Supervisor report to the Operation Manager and/or Program Director. Position Summary: Shift Supervisor provide 24-hour security coverage to the facility to prevent theft and ensure the safety of both the facility staff, and residents. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Program Director, Shift Supervisors are expected to perform the following principal duties and responsibilities. Oversees operations of facility, including emergencies. Supervise and train Residential Aides with performing various day to day tasks. Coordinate and schedule floor post as well as lunch/breaks for Residential Aides. Participate in operation department’s team meetings. Provide ongoing feedback to Residential Aides through coaching, mentoring and one-on-one supervision as directed by the Program Director. Register new clients, orient them to the facility, and ensure that all mandated documentation is completed and distributed appropriately.
