Job description
8x8 connects our customers and teams globally, empowering CX leaders with performance and insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact. This isn’t cold-calling from a list. It’s building a high-trust, two-team motion with Ignite — one of 8x8’s flagship channel partners in Australia, selling to mid-market and enterprise customers modernising legacy communications. You’ll be the bridge between 8x8 and Ignite’s sales floor: co-creating the joint value proposition, working warm partner data, running account mapping with their AEs, and turning conversations into qualified pipeline both sides can win. We don’t measure activity for activity’s sake. Pipeline, alignment, and relationships — in that order. What You’ll Do: Build the joint value proposition: Co-create the joint value proposition (JVP), GTM messaging, and campaigns with Ignite’s sales leadership and our Channel Account Manager. Translate 8x8’s Platform for CX into language that lands for the verticals and personas Ignite actually sells into.
