Overview COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST PART TIME HOURS: POSITION BASED OUT OF BEAR LAKE, MICHIGAN: Responsibilities: JOB PURPOSE: Provides support to the Director with the creation and maintenance of compliance programs and risk management planning to ensure Blarney Castle Oil Co. complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Computer literacy and well-developed skills using spreadsheet application software are necessary. - Good math skills and the ability to analyze and reconcile data are required. - Good communication skills and the ability to work with team members and directly with customers and regulatory agencies are required. - Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. - The ability to work independently, organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks is required. - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree in a relevant field is preferred. - Previous experience working with and tracking technical data is required. MAJOR DUTIES: - Maintain and reconcile Automatic Tank Gauge data.
