The Maintenance Operations Associate Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for highly technical pharmaceutical dispensing equipment. They will develop and execute maintenance strategies, manage maintenance teams, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations. What you will do: Assist with complex repairs on malfunctioning RX equipment required in order to restore machinery to satisfactory operating conditions. Ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
