Summary: The Senior Contracts Manager will report to the Director of Legal Services and will be responsible for supporting the contracting function across all of Sarnova’s business units. The successful candidate will be able to provide creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented commercial legal support throughout the enterprise. The Senior Contracts Manager will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and provide recommendations for attorney review, where applicable. In addition, the person in this role will coordinate with attorneys to advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions. The successful candidate will also have the ability to coordinate with other stakeholders across the organization and identify and resolve collateral contract issues.
