Job Purpose & Position Overview The Warehouse Supply & Inventory Clerk will be responsible to perform general supply and physical inventory management duties necessary to assist the property & supply staff and ensure the operations of the department are effective and efficient to meet at the needs of all departments and programs in the hospital. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Demonstrate the WCHS’s core mission, vision, and values - Demonstrate the department’s mission - Pickup and delivery of USPS Mail or other delivery services - Accept and receive freight from delivery services, log packages and deliver to departments or programs - Pull orders and delivery to department and programs - Investigates discrepancies in shipment errors resulting in incorrect quantities, substitutions, duplications, and price changes - Accepts all packages from delivery that come into the facility; responsible for logging all packages into the delivery register as packages are accepted; delivers packages to appropriate departments and secures a signature ensuring proof of the delivery - Maintain supply stock status in warehouse - Contact vendors to obtain price quotes for purchasing supplies o...
