POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: A Shipping & Receiving Coordinator certifies and keeps records on incoming and/or outgoing items. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Check bills of lading for accuracy. Coordinate shipping and/or receiving operations with Warehouse Lead. Fill in shipping and/or receiving tally documents. Organize “mail slots” with proper paperwork. Schedule shipping and/or receiving appointments. Fold lot stickers as they print for receiving as necessary. Apply lot stickers to both front and back of received pallet as necessary. Execute all safety procedures and standards regarding the storage and receipt of goods. Perform oth...
