We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Intern to assist with real estate projects and operations within the transportation industry . This i s an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, strategic planning, and industry research to support Intelcom | Dragonfly ’ s growth objectives . Responsibilities: Analyze real estate projects based on various dimensions specific to the transportation and logistics industry. Analyze and provide recommendations on existing cost structure s to improve profitability. Support operational teams by respond ing to their business needs. Participate in resolving ad-hoc requests from the management team. The role involves daily (or regular ) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
