Job Description Job Title: Production / Test Technician Working Pattern: Onsite (2nd shift 2pm – 10:30pm) Working Location: Cypress, CA: We are seeking an experienced Test Lab Leader to support and oversee metallurgical testing, metallographic analysis, and laboratory operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading daily lab activities, executing advanced testing processes, and ensuring accurate, timely, and complaint test results that support production and engineering needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in materials testing, troubleshooting, and laboratory equipment operation while also providing leadership, training, and guidance to junior technicians. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization. In this role, you will need to pass a vision test and be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
