Senior Software Engineer II

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Preference Center. Support development across Sales Cloud, including Pardot, Preference Center, Campaigns, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Activities. Build and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations with external systems. Improve marketing workflows related to Pardot, Campaigns, Lead Management, and customer data quality. Assist with legacy system migrations and refactoring older Salesforce components. Manage development tasks and deployments using Copado CI/CD and Azure DevOps. Apply best practices for metadata management, sandbox strategy, and Copado Robotic Testing. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across clouds. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Qualifications : 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Sales and/or Marketing Cloud). Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, SQL, APIs) and Pardot.
