Analyst - Business Process Management (Limited Time Duration)

Job description

Purpose Support the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Inbound NAM business processes by analyzing current workflows, supporting implemented changes, and assisting with updates to documentation, reporting, and process standards. The role contributes to ensuring Inbound processes are efficient, effective, standardized, and aligned with business goals, under the guidance of Inbound BPM leadership. Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Support: - Support the ongoing evaluation of Inbound NAM business processes to identify improvement opportunities. - Assist with documenting current-state and future-state workflows, SOPs, and process standards. - Support analysis of implemented process changes to validate outcomes and identify gaps. - Collect, synthesize, and organize stakeholder feedback related to inbound processes. - Escalate identified risks, inefficiencies, or deviations from standard processes.
