Summary of Position: Qualifications: - The hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. Maintaining initiatives in the areas of: - Administrative responsibilities - Interviewing, hiring & training - Performance reviews - Product quality - Maintenance. - Working a 40-50 hour work week - A high school diploma or University degree preferred - A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience - Basic knowledge of P & L statements - Basic math and accounting skills - Strong customer service skills Strong skills in the areas of: - Communication - Leadership - Conflict resolution
