Reporting to a Portfolio Manager the position holder will have blended responsibility for delivery of a series of product development projects, the management of the Relays project portfolio, and line management responsibility for Project Managers. This is a leadership role in the AD&M PMO and the position holder will drive the performance of their projects, their team, and the overall portfolio. They will also contribute significantly to the steering, growth, and continuous improvement of the PMO. Developing relationships and maintaining a high-level of communication with cross-functional global teams will be absolutely critical to the role.
