This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. The Technical Program Senior Manager is responsible for building a data-driven operations system that improves throughput, reduces product cost, and increases reliability. This role will design and implement a comprehensive KPI metrics suite, define and institutionalize standard operating expectations (including daily stand-ups, GEMBA walks, communication and reporting expectations), and lead cross-functional improvement projects that optimize operations processes and standards (outside of product design).
