SGA Dental Partners is hiring a new ePMS Implementation Specialist in the South East! The ePMS Implementation Specialist supports the Director of ePMS in the planning, configuration, and execution of enterprise Patient Management System implementations across SGA Dental Partners locations. The role is responsible for assisting with system setup, testing, training, and go-live support as SGA transitions from legacy platforms to a standardized PMS for current and future practice conversions. This is a hybrid/remote position for a Georgia, South Carolina, or Florida resident, with regular travel to support SGA Dental Partners practices. Key Responsibilities: Support the Director of ePMS in planning and executing PMS conversions across SGA locations Assist with system configuration, setup, testing, and validation of the enterprise PMS Partner closely with SGA subject matter experts, practice teams, and external vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle Assist in developing and delivering internal training for locations preparing for system rollout Provide on-site and remote implementation support as assigned Utilize and adhere to critical implementation checklists to ensure readi...
