Job Title End Line Technician Department: End Department: Reports to: Production Supervisor: Employment Status: Regular, Full-Time: FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Shift: 2-2-3 C crew 7PM – 7AM Location: USA – Olyphant, PA (greater Scranton, PA Area) Travel: 0-5% Position Summary: Machine operator that will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables: - Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification sheets. - Ability to do basic repairs on the equipment. - Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheet. - Check accuracy and quality of finished ends. - Locate and clear basic jams that may occur on the machines during Production. - Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels. - Assist with regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery. - Actively support the maintenance team during line changeover. - Train or assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks. - Basic knowledge of the shell press, liners and conversion...
