Description The Nolen Rooftop is now hiring a Server Assistant to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar and restaurant. As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a critical support role for our service team, ensuring smooth operations, strong guest flow, and an elevated rooftop experience from start to finish. Requirements: What You’ll Do: - Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure efficient, seamless guest experiences - Assist with food and beverage delivery and table maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and guest areas - Reset and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors throughout and after service - Help keep the rooftop well-stocked with glassware, supplies, and service items - Be a visible, approachable presence for guests while supporting overall service flow - Assist with ID validation and help monitor responsible alcohol service when needed What We’re Looking For: - A motivated, adaptable team player with a strong work e...
