Job Title: Accounting Manager Department: Finance Job Level: L4 FLSA: Exempt Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. As the Accounting Manager at Bear Robotics, you will play a critical role in driving the financial reporting and operations of our rapidly expanding robotics startup. You will be responsible for maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth and success. The Accounting Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities and will work on a “hands on” basis. Some of the responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers, and proactively completing month-end close activities. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to assess, judge, and account for transactions in alignment with GAAP.
