Job description

Location: We have 1 opening in each of the following locations: - Melbourne, VIC (Laverton Area) - Brisbane, QLD (Yatala Area) Job Descriptions: - Responding to spare parts enquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Building strong client relationships and driving customer value & support - Preparing quotes and coordinating deliveries & returns - Proactively connect with customers to increase parts sales and service value - Responsible for stock control, including accuracy & safe storage & quality check - Provide a Safe Work environment, understanding the importance of good House Keeping - Picking & packing together with Loading / Unloading trucks - Moderate lifting capacity of 10-20kg for yard work duties - Operate Counterbalance Forklift and other equipment - Respond to Internal & External emails and other correspondence on various levels - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of working experience with spare parts/automotive/heavy equipment - Ability to be flexible and work autonomously based on the requirements of business - A proactive, sales-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service - Strong communication...
