Full time, 8a-5p, Monday through Friday Registered Dietitian Position Summary: The Registered Dietitian screens and assesses participant nutritional status. Uses pertinent data to plan and implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the information to the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the nutritional needs of the participants are met. Performs nutritional assessment and provides nutritional education for the participants requiring interventions.
