Store Associate We are looking for a part-time Store Associate to join our Berlin team. At SNS you will get to work for a global company with passionate and fun colleagues. You will also become an important voice of SNS within the local community in Berlin. Main responsibilities: - Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service. - Keep the store space fresh and representative. - Connect with and build long-term relations with key customers. - Visual merchandising. - Support stockroom with deliveries, transfers, stock takes and keeping stock system data updated. - Cash desk transactions and opening/closing procedures. - Support product launches, content shoots, and activations where appropriate/requested. Skill requirements and soft skills: - At least 1 year of experience in retail. - Excellent knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and current trends. - Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in customer service. - Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. - Emphasizes honesty, punctuality, and always staying professional. - Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes. - Fluent in the local language.
