Your role: As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the AI Product engineering team for Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will oversee the design and delivery of user‑facing AI experiences, bringing together frontend engineering and UI/UX design to create intuitive, high‑quality interfaces. This role works closely with product, AI/ML engineering, cloud and change teams to transform AI capabilities into seamless user journeys across the organization.
