How you make a difference The Business-to-Technical Data Solutions Specialist acts as the bridge between business partners and technical teams to turn data needs into practical, usable solutions. This role takes the lead on exploring data, answering operational and clinical questions, and delivering dashboards, workflows, and automations that support decision-making. They work independently to clarify vague or high-level requests and transform them into well-defined, actionable outputs. The position partners closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows while staying aligned with business goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: - Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, workflows, or automations. - Proficiency with SQL and handson experience querying, validating, and exploring data. - Experience working crossfunctionally with nontechnical teams to clarify needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
