Job (Assignment) Title: Engineering Manager Function/Department: Switchgear skids: POSITION SUMMARY: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a multidisciplinary engineering team that delivers the design and execution of switchgear skid projects, primarily for customers within the data center sector. This role oversees the development of complete, high-quality system designs while coordinating multiple engineering disciplines to meet project schedules, budgets, and customer requirements. The position manages both internal and external engineering resources to ensure compliance with applicable U.S. codes, standards, and Vertiv quality requirements.
