Job description

Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! We don’t carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme. Schedule: - Monday-Friday from 11:00-20:00 (1h for lunch) - (Optional) Saturdays from 10:00-13:00 for an additional 150€ NET per month. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Support and coach teaching staff to ensure high-quality programming and a positive team culture - Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom readiness - Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience - Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed - Coordinate supplies, prep materials, and maintain an organized, well-functioning space - Use internal systems to track student info, team updates, and classroom documentation - Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding.
