Job description

We’re seeking a senior Business Manager to partner with the Asia Pacific leadership team and drive commercial and financial performance across the region. The Role: This is a highly hands-on role providing strategic insight and commercial leadership to support the firm’s APAC strategy, practice group plans, and overall business objectives. You will play a critical role in improving regional profitability, supporting business planning and performance management, and delivering decision support across offices, teams, clients, and matters. Acting as the finance partner to a Global Sector Head, you will provide clear, actionable analysis and insight to support performance and growth. You will also lead and develop a Senior Pricing Analyst and Finance Analyst, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial support across Australia.
