The Opportunity: The Client Executive is responsible to develop and execute a business plan to generate new business revenue in addition to retaining client relationships by providing exceptional strategic guidance in partnership with the client service team. The mission is to continue to expand and strengthen the employee benefit sales team to promote further growth in the Indianapolis market in a manner that is consistent with the Hylant Core Values. Are You A Match?: The Client Executive is driven by solution focused new business generation and building strong relationships. This individual will need a Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing or ability to obtain a license. In This Role You Will Execute On: - Become technically competent in employee benefits (mid-large group market) - Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (Miller Heiman/CRM) - Develop a network of targets using Hubspot and other applicable tools.
