Job Description Overview: The Senior Engineer – Retube Installation Tooling is responsible for leading engineering activities related to Retube Installation Tooling, with a particular focus on Calandria Tube Installation tooling. This role provides technical leadership, oversees project deliverables, and ensures engineering excellence in accordance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Your role: Leadership & Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development, review, and delivery of tooling designs. - Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff; support capability growth and performance improvement. - Plan, coordinate, and manage personal and team workload, aligning with broader project plans and priorities. - When required, lead multidisciplinary teams in executing assigned project scope.
