Senior Clinical Pharmacist Hampshire Clinic 37.5 Hours & 12 Month Fixed Term Salary: Up to £54,325.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Hampshire Clinic is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join their team of staff in the pharmacy department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Provide expert clinical pharmacy input as part of the multidisciplinary team, conducting medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and therapeutic drug monitoring. - Optimise medicines use through evidence-based interventions, ensuring the safe and effective management of long-term and acute conditions. - Lead on implementation of medicines optimisation strategies, ensuring prescribing is cost-effective, safe, and aligned with national/local guidelines. - Contribute to the development and review of clinical gu...
