Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Specialists to help build and execute a scalable, high-impact recruiting function to support a growing, multi-site manufacturing and industrial organization. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across hourly and salaried positions, with a strong focus on skilled trades and craft workforce hiring. This position is not transactional recruiting, it is a strategic role responsible for helping design, build, and continuously improve the company’s talent acquisition strategy, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with operations, site leadership, and Human Resources to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.
