FACILITY SERVICES OPERATOR POSITION SUMMARY: The Authority is currently recruiting a part-time Facility Services Operator to join Georgia World Congress Center. The Facility Services Operator is primarily responsible for receiving and routing calls, logging campus maintenance incidents and inquiries, prioritizing and dispatching work orders, communicating and interacting with internal and external customers while providing exceptional and professional phone services.
