Work Flexibility: Onsite As an Associate Materials Supervisor at Stryker, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for the seamless flow of materials through our operations. You will oversee receiving, put-away, and warehouse operations, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Your leadership will directly support our mission to deliver life-changing medical technology to customers worldwide. This is an onsite position located in Redmond, WA. What you will do: Leadership & Team Management - Supervise and develop a team of Receiving Clerks, and Warehouse Associates. - Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive engagement and productivity. - Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operational Oversight: - Manage daily receiving, put-away, storage, and material movement activities. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound materials. - Maintain optimal warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S principles.
