Summary The Business Analyst will report to the EMEA Process Improvement Manager within the Technology Application Engineering and Market Development function. This role focuses on Opportunity-to-Order systems and process measurement and improvement, covering the lifecycle from Opportunity identification through Quote and Order, including processes supporting CPQ configurator development and governance. The role supports identifying, prioritizing, developing, executing, and sustaining effective system enhancements and process improvements that drive efficient sales, configuration, quoting, and order entry functionality. Responsibilities include process documentation, reporting automation, training material creation, and limited issue resolution. In addition, the role will support governance and reporting related to the transition from the Configure One (C1) quoting platform to the new CPQ platform (Tacton). The Business Analyst will assist in tracking redeployment of configurators, monitoring project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective reporting and data visibility for the CPQ transformation program.
