As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and incoming communications, playing a critical role in shaping a professional and welcoming first impression of the organization. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently managing inbound communications, and ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented and routed within Salesforce, while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This is a non-exempt, hybrid position (following training) based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are open to filling this role with one full-time employee (40 hours/week) or two part-time employees (20 hours/week each). The salary for this role is $16.00 to $16.50/hour + bonus.
