Job Description Summary The Safety Management System (SMS) Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the Safety Management System activities at the Dallas site and driving a proactive safety culture across shop and field operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a culture of safety, and drives continuous improvement in safety performance. The SMS Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Lead the On Wing Support (OWS) Dallas site's local SMS activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company requirements.
