Job Description Summary The Senior FP&A Operations Manager has financial accountability for functional, business, and company objectives associated with Future of Flight engineering spend for the RISE Ducted program. This leader is responsible for the financial planning, analysis, reporting, and capital allocation that contributes to the overall business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs). Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Engineering finance leader for RISE Ducted Programs, establish trusted financial partnerships with the product line & engineering managers. - Collaborate with the engineering operations team to manage strategy, budget, forecasting, monthly operating reviews, and close activities. - Work with engineering and product line teams to establish processes for the accounting, monitoring, & forecasting of external funding/reimbursements. - Partner with Future of Flight (FoF) program management teams to develop strategy and financials for major engineering projects.
