Job Title Sr. Facility Manager Job Description Summary: Responsible for managing a crew of maintenance technicians in a corporate building environment to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all Building MEP, systems and equipment. This includes but is not limited to: BAS, CMMS, chillers, cooling towers, supply and exhaust fans, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, fan power and VAV boxes, PH neutralization, RODI, fume hoods and controls. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: - Comply with C&W Services’ and OSHA Safety Policies and Regulations. - Report ALL Safety incidents on time, as per Safety reporting policies and procedures. - Take and provide required Safety training to team members on site on a timely manner, according to Company’s required schedule. - Supervise maintenance staff including hiring, training, personnel development, etc. - Ensure performance management, coaching, and development of team members through established HR processes and disciplinary actions. - Participate and coordinate annual scheduling and execution of the C&W Safety Program as directed by Leadership and EH&S Administration. - Responsible for 100% Compliance at the site. - Supervise on...
