Position Overview: Performs assembly and bonding of composite materials to fabricate parts and/or for repair applications using varied products and processes. Essential Functions: Be able to work safely on a team and contribute to the manufacturing process Must be able to read and strictly adhere to written work instructions and detailed processes Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, specifications, job orders, planning documents and engineering drawings Be familiar with composite materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy and core material Be familiar with FOD requirements and aerospace manufacturing practices Be able to perform composite part manufacturing using multiple processes like prepreg, vacuum infusion,...
